摘要 用户创新作为一种新兴的创新方式在产品创新中越来越重要,但在企业产品的具体创新过程中存在创新用户难于识别和难于有效评价的实际问题。针对这一问题,提出了创新型用户的概念,建立了识别创新型用户的指标体系,运用层次分析法构建了创新型用户的模糊综合评判模型,最后对某企业的多个创新客户进行综合模糊评价,实验数据验证了所提出模型和方法的有效性和可行性。 Innovative user becomes more and more important in product innovation as a kind of new innovative resource. However, it is difficult to identify innovative user and evaluate real innovative user effectively during enter-prise practical innovative process. Aiming at these problems, Innovative User as a conception is proposed first in this paper. Then, a index system used to identify innovative user is constructed. At the same time, the Fuzzy Syn-thesized Evaluation Model of innovative user is created in AHP method. Finally, a case study is analyzed and the experimental result has proved the validity and feasibility of the proposed models and methods in this paper.
