摘要
用廉价的可再生资源-亚麻油代替价格昂贵的己二酸、癸二酸合成原子灰用不饱和聚酯。实验结果表明该方法有效地降低了不饱和聚酯的成本,而且改性后树脂的气干性、柔韧性都超过市售产品,打磨性、附着力、热稳定性等都达到国家标准。最佳配方和工艺条件为:亚麻油用量为总质量的7%-8%,气干剂用量为总质量的8%-11%,醇酸摩尔比为1.05∶1.00,抗结皮剂用量为总量的0.08%。
The air-dried unsaturated polyester putty was synthesized by linseed oil which is a cheap ano regenerable material instead of expensive adipic acid and sebacic acid. Experiment results showed that by using the process, not only the cost of preparing unsaturated polyester putty can be effectively reduced, but also the new product's air-dryness and pliability exceed that of market-selling putty; its polishing, adhesion and heat stability achieve the national standards. The optimal process conditions were determined as follows.the dosage of linseed oil, air-dried reagent and anti-skinning agent is 7%- 8%, 8%- 11% and 0.08% respectively, of the total putty quality; the mole ratio of acid to alcohol is 1.05:1.00.
