摘要
石英砂是玻璃厂主要的原材料,其主要成分SiO2的测定采用HF-H2SO4处理,使硅逸去,杂质成分在800℃灼烧称重,差减法计算SiO2的含量。和氟硅酸钾法比较,发现该方法测定结果偏低。经过实验,我们利用HF-HNO-3HClO3体系处理样品,使测定结果达到检测要求。
Quartz sand is the main raw material of glass. SiO2 which is the main component of it is determined by HF-H2SO4. Through it we eliminate the silicon, and then weigh the impurities after calcining them at 800 C. The last step is that calculate the contents of SiO2 by subtraction method. Comparing with K2SiF6 we found that the results got from this method is low. We have used HF-HClO4 system to process sample in experiment, and the determining result has reached the request of determination.
