摘要
本文结合北京大学深圳医院后勤社会化服务质量监管过程中对行为管理的实践,探讨了后勤员工行为管理需要注意的问题和可行的方法。
Based on the experience of behavior management in hospital logistics socialization quality inspection in Affiliated Shenzhen Hospital of Peking University, behavior management issues and approaches for hospital logistic staff were discussed.
