摘要 目的:观察家兔食管急性放射损伤时食管组织MDA含量以及细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-α mRNA表达的变化。方法:对家兔食管进行照射后第1、4、7天观察食管组织的病理组织学改变,并检测食管组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量以及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)mRNA表达的变化。结果:照射后7天内食管组织中MDA含量均增高(P<0.05);IL-1β、TNF-α mRNA在照射后7天内均有增高表达。结论:脂类过氧化反应与细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-α均参与食管急性放射损伤的发生过程。 Objective: To observe changes of the level of MDA and the expression of IL - 1β and TNF - α mRNA of esophagus tissue in acute esophageal injuries by irradiation in normal rabbits. Methods: The pathological changes of esophagus in rabbits were observed by light microscopy at days 1,4 or 7 after irradiation. The level of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the expression of IL - 1β and TNF - α mRNA in esophagus tissue were measured at days 1,4 or 7 after irradiation. Results: The level of MDA in esophagus was increased by day 7 after irradiation ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The increased expression of IL - 1β and TNF -α mRNA in esophagus tissue was observed by day 7 after irradiation. Condusion: Lipid peroxidation and cell eytokines IL - 1β, TNF - α participate in acute esophageal injuries by irradiation.
