摘要 目的:探讨EGFR、VEGF在大肠癌组织中的表达与淋巴结及肝转移的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测60例大肠癌(其中淋巴结转移33例,肝转移30例)组织中EGFR、VEGF蛋白的表达,分析其表达水平的差异。结果:EGFR、VEGF表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移和肝转移有相关性(P<0.05)。EGFR与VEGF的高表达成正相关。结论:EGFR和VEGF的过度表达在大肠癌的发病过程中具有协同效应。EGFR和VEGF的联合检测对评估大肠癌淋巴结转移及肝转移有重要意义。 Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of EGFR,VEGF and lymph node ,liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. Methods: The immunohistochemical technique was used to test the expressions of EGFR and MMP -7 in 60 cases with colorectal carcinoma (33 cases with lymph node metastasis, 30 cases with liver metastasis). Results: Expression of EGFR, VEGF was significantly correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05 ). High expression of VEGF and VEGF had positive correlation. Conclusion: The overexpression of EGFR and VEGF have the synergistic effect during the onset of colorectal carcinoma . Examination of EGFR and VEGF in primary colorectal carcinoma can help predict lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis.
