摘要
重庆作为能源资源相对贫乏地区,能源开发利用和电源结构优化调整对经济可持续发展和社会健康发展的意义尤为突出。通过分析影响发电技术竞争力的因素,运用层次分析法与模糊数学相结合的分析方法,建立发电技术竞争力评价指标体系,对现有的煤电、火电、天然气发电、核电、风电5种发电方式在重庆市的竞争力作出客观评价,为今后电源结构优化、电源扩容提供参考。
Chongqing, as a relatively energy -resources -short area, needs energy exploitation and utilization, electric source structure optimization and adjustment, which is important to economic and social sustainable development of Chongqing. By analyzing the factors which influence electricity - generating competence and using Analytic Hierarchy Method and fuzzy mathematics method, electricity - generating techniques competence evaluation indexes are established, present five kinds of Chongqing' s electricity - generating such as coal power, thermal power, gas power, nuclear power and wind power have been objectively evaluated in order to provide reference for future electricity - source structure optimization and electricity - source enlargement.
