试验表明,戊二醛对碳钢与铜有腐蚀性,其浸泡时所用液量及消毒液更换与否对不锈钢、铝。
Under the conditions of different concentrations, amounts, change or without change of disinfectant solution, the corrosiveness of glutaraldehyde to metals was observed experimentally. At the room temperature of 21±2℃, samples of carbon steel, copper, aluminum and stainless steel were immersed in glutaraldehyde solution for 72 hours. The results indicated that samples of metal of the same kind immersed in 100 ml or 600 ml of 2.5% glutaraldehyde exhibited corrosion rate of same grade. The grades of corrosion rates of different metal showed no difference when they were immersed in 0.5% or 2.0% glutaraldehyde solution changed daily or not changed. When the weight reduction of the metal samples after immersion was compared, the carbon steel samples and copper samples immersed in 600 ml of glutaraldehyde solution lost significantly more weight than those immersed in 100 ml of glutaraldehyde solution did and the carbon steel samples immesed in the solution changed daily lost significantly more weight than those immersed in unchanged solution did. It was found in the experiment that 2.5% glutaraldehyde solution was essentially not corrosive to aluminum and stainless steel and was slightly corrosive to carbon steel and copper.
