摘要
龙胆苦甙是中药秦艽的重要成分之一。在药代动力学研究中,由于它处于一个多组分的环境之中,因此其它有效成分对它的作用,就会使龙胆苦甙的吸收代谢受到影响。本文采用高灵敏的β-CD包含荧光法研究兔体内龙胆苦甙在多种成分影响下的药代动力学。结果为龙胆苦甙在兔体内符合二房室模型,各主要药代动力学参数tα1/2=1.0134h,tβ1/2=6.7257h,Tmax=1.035h,AUC=27.67μg·h/ml。
Gentiopicin is one of the main effective components of Gentiana macrophlla pall. In its pharmacokinetic study the influence of other effective components contained in Gentiana macrophlla pall on the absorption and the metablism of Gentiopicin was excluded by the high sensitive containing β CD Fluorescence method in rabbits.The results showed a two compartment model of Gentiopicin with t α1/2 =1.0134h,t β1/2 =6 7257h,T max =1.035h,AUC=27.67μg·h/ml。
