脱毒马铃薯试管苗壮苗及保苗技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用8种不同组合配方的培养基,对中薯4号进行茎段培养,得出412.5NH4NO3+1475KNO3+242.5KH2PO4+125MgSO4.7H2O+100Ca(NO3)2.4H2O+MS(无机盐)+VB11.0+BA0.5+IBA0.1+B930+10%马铃薯汁的培养基壮苗效果最好。同时对脱毒马铃薯试管苗保苗技术进行了研究,得出E:N6+BA0.5+IBA0.1+0.1PPP的培养基保苗时间最长。本研究旨在源源不断地为生产提供健壮的脱毒马铃薯种苗提供依据。 Uses 8 different combination formulas the culture medium, carries on the stem section raise to potato 4, obtains ⑧ 8412.5 NH4NO3 + 1475 KNO3 + 242.5KH2 PO4 + 125MgSO4 · 7H2O + 100Ca ( NO3 ) 2· 4H2O + MS (salts) + VB1 1.0 + BA0.5 + IBA0. 1 + B930 + 10% potato juice culture medium strong sprout effect to be best. Meanwhile to escaped the poisonous potato test tube seedling to maintain an adequate supply of seedlings the technology to conduct the research, obtained E, N6 + BA0.5 + IBA0.1 +0. 1PPP the culture medium to maintain an adequate supply of seedlings the time to be longest. This research is for the purpose of providing vigorously and healthily continuously for the production escapes the poisonous potato seedling to provide the basis.
