摘要
目的探讨风险管理在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法成立护理风险管理组织,建立护理风险预警机制,加强护理风险知识培训,有效落实护理安全管理制度,强化护理工作关键流程,加强护理设备和环境风险管理,加大奖惩力度,持续质量改进。结果实施风险管理后住院病人满意度上升到97%以上,护理差错和护理投诉的发生率下降。结论通过强化护理关键流程,加强护理风险管理,对预防护理差错事故的发生,减少护理纠纷起到了重要的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of risk management in nursing quality control. Methods Nursing risk management organizations were set up, nursing risk early warning mechanism was established, nursing risk knowledge training on nursing risks were enhanced, effective nursing safety management system was exercised, the key flow chart of nursing work was strengthened, the risk managements of nursing equipment and environment risk management was consolidated, praising and punishing was intensified to continue development of quality. Result The satisfaction rate of patients went up step by step to 97% after implementation of risk management, while the rates of nursing faults and nursing complaints went down. Conclusion Intensified attention to key nursing flow-sheet and enhanced nursing risk management play an important role in preventing nursing faults and reducing cases of nurse-patient conflicts.
