摘要
采用3种不同接种方法检测地表水细菌,对比检测结果表明:传统的倾注法检出率低;涂布法菌落分布不均,影响计数;采用新的接种方法—双层培养法不仅检出率高,而且菌落分散,有利于计数。3种方法之间存在显著性差异。此外,增加培养基营养成分和稀释时增加检样量均能提高细菌检出数量。
The bacteria counting results were studied and compared between different inoculation methods: the smearing method ,the plate pouring method and the double layer method. The double layer method was characterized by higher accuracy and sensitivity than the other two methods. Optimizing composition of culture media and taking larger volume of water sample can also raise the sensitivity and the counting number.
