摘要
研究了AZ91HP镁合金在不同变质、精炼条件下铸件的组织和力学性能。结果表明:变质、精炼处理后,镁合金铸件晶粒得到细化,力学性能提高。其中CzCls变质结合氩气吹洗精炼效果最好,在此条件下,铸件T6状态力学性能达到了σ0.2=132.6MPa、σb=250.5MPa和δ—4.93%。进一步分析表明晶粒细化的机理为含C、A1化合物的异质形核作用。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of AZ91 HP magnesium alloys under different modifying and refining treatments have been studied. The results show that the grain sizes of modified and/or refined magnesium alloys decreased and the properties increased. The method of modifying with C2C16 and refining with argon gas have the best effect on the mechanical properties of Mg-A1 series magnesium alloys, and the yield strength, ultimate strength and elongation in T6 status are 132.6MPa, 250.5MPa and 4.93 % respectively. Farther research shows that the heterogeneous nucleation effect of compound containing C and A1 is the grain refinement mechanism.
