摘要 通过分析小型旋转式压缩机气阀的运动规律,着重研究阀片振动的机理,建立相应的振动力学模型,指出了在阀片以旋转转子频率为基频的各阶谐频成分和阀片卷绕升程限制器自由振动成分上可以发掘出阀片的故障信息,并结合实例进行阐述,为振动诊断压缩机气阀提供了理论依据. A model of vibration mechanics was developed by examining the movement law of mlni-reciprocating compressors and by studying the vibration principle of valve plates, This paper points out that fault information, of valve plates are likely to be found in frequencies when valve plates take rotor frequency as its own frequency and on flee vibration components of valve life guards. The model was explicated coupled with case studies and will lay theoretical basis for vibration diagnosis of compressor valves.
