内蒙古首例体细胞克隆牛2日龄死亡后的病理学观察 被引量:5

摘要 为了查明内蒙古首例克隆牛死亡的原因,对其进行了尸体剖检和病理组织学观察。结果表明:该犊牛心脏肥大,质度变软,色彩不均,卵圆孔未闭合;局部肺小叶不张或呈气肿状态;皱胃粘膜出血、水肿,瘤胃、网胃、瓣胃粘膜为角化的复层扁平上皮,发育与成年牛相似。其他实质器官肝、脾、淋巴结等实质细胞明显变性、坏死、细胞溶解。 The ptomatopsia and pathologic observation was conducted on the dead cow to find the reasons of the dead first somatic cloning cow in Inner Mongolia. The results showed that its heart was hypertrophic;and its fossa ovalis was not close;atelectasis or emphysema was found in the part of lung. Hemorrhage and edema could be visualized from mucous membrane of abomasums. Mucous membrane of rumen,reticulum and omasum was keratose. Degeneration,necrosis and cell dissolve was observed on the substance cell of cardiac muscle,skeletal muscle,liver,kidney,et al.
