摘要
采用高温固相法合成了一系列的BaAl12O19:Mn绿色荧光粉,分析了还原气氛、Mn掺杂量、烧结温度和焙烧保温时间等因素对等离子体显示(PDP)用绿色荧光粉BaAl12O19:Mn的晶体结构、相态和发光性能的影响。结果表明,在N2、H2(H2=10%)还原气氛下烧制的样品发光强度比其在碳粉还原气氛下烧制的样品发光强度要大。当Mn掺杂比例为0.14(mol/mol),烧结温度为1350℃和保温时间为3.5h时,所制备的绿色荧光粉发光性能最佳。
The green-emitting BaAl12O19 :Mn phosphors were prepared by the high temperature solid state reaction method,and the effect of reductive atmosphere, Mn^2+-doped content, temperature and sintering hours in the best temperature on crystal structure, phase state and luminescence of phosphors for PDP were studied. The experimental results indicated that samples' intensity of the photoluminescence which were annealed at N2, H2 reductive atmosphere was bigger than samples' which were annealed at carbon powder reductive atmosphere. When its Mn^2+-doped content was 0. 14(mol/ mol), samples' intensity of the photoluminescence was best which was annealed for 3.5 hours at 1350℃.
