摘要
随着人民生活水平的提高,无论是在医疗保健中还是在日常生活中,对乳房形态的保持都越来越重视。乳房下皱襞是乳房的一个重要结构,对于乳房美学以及乳房整形外科手术都具有重要参考价值。同时它也是乳房外科的重要解剖标志,是乳房整形外科手术测量的一个重要参考点。正确认识乳房下皱襞的组织、解剖,超微结构及形成机制,对隆乳术的术前设计,术中操作及术后并发症的防治都有着至关重要的作用。
With the improvement of people＇s living standard, women attach greater importance to the shape of their breasts whether in daily llfe or in medical care. Inframammary fold is an important structure of breast, It has important reference in mammary plastic surgery and mammary aesthetics, meanwhile, it also is an important anatomic landmark in breast surgery as well as an important metered reference point in the surgery of breast orthopaedics. Correct recognition of the tissue, anatomy, fine structure and formation mechanism is extremely essential for preoperative design, operation during operation, and prevention as well as cure of postoperative complication of mammary augmentation.
