摘要
介绍了由脉冲激励装置、音频传感器(麦克风)及计算机声卡等组成的音频检测系统以及利用该检测系统进行铸件缺陷识别的试验结果。试验结果显示铸件固有频率可以作为缺陷识别的特征参数,采用该装置可方便快捷地检出铸件的缺陷。
This paper introduces an audio frequency inspection system consisting of impulse excitation equipment, audio transducers (microphone) and sound card and the experimental result of identifying casting defects with the system. The result shows that natural frequency of the casting can be used as the characteristic parameter of defects identification, and the castings with defects can be quickly and conveniently detected with the system introduced in the paper.
