摘要
采用反向流动注射法测定海水中的硫化物,对实验条件进行优化,改变显色液R1的浓度、显色液R2的浓度、进样环体积、反应圈长度等条件,可以更好地提高灵敏度和准确度。本方法适用于现场实时监测,具备了快速、连续、自动、精密度好、抗干扰能力强等特点。线性范围为0~0.3mg·L^-1,回收率在90.8%-102.5%之间。
To determine the quantity of sulfur compounds through Flow injection analysis, many optimal experimental conditions were investigated, Which included the concentration of coloration liquid R1 and R2, the length of reaction coil, loop volume and so on. This method which is sensitive, accurate can be used to detect the quantity of sulfur quickly. The linear range was 0- 0. 3 mg· L^-1 ,and the recovery rate of seawater samples was between 90. 8 % -102. 5 %.
