摘要 A new system of FRET was built in this paper.In the condition of λex/λem=480nm/530nm,0.2mol/L HCl,the effective energy transfer can occur between Eosin Y(EY)and Rhodamine B(Rhb).The quenching of fluorescence of the system happened with the addition of BSA.According to that a new determination of BSA was developed.The quenching of EY-RhB is linear with BSA from 10mg/L to 40mg/L,and the limit of determination is 9.8mg/L.
