摘要
新产品开发是一个高度的知识创造过程,而组织的学习能力则会显着地影响组织对知识的吸收、消化与运用。对组织学习、知识创造与新产品开发绩效之间的关系进行了研究,并选取我国华南地区的115家高科技企业作为实证研究对象。研究结果表明:①组织学习对知识创造有显著的直接正向影响;②组织学习对新产品开发绩效没有显著的直接正向影响;③知识创造对新产品开发绩效有显著的直接正向影响。
New product development is a highly knowledge creation process, and organizational learning will remarkably impact on organizational's knowledge absorption,assimilation and application. We examine the relationships among organizational learn- ing, knowledge creation, and new product development performance in this paper. The sample of this study has 115 high-tech companies in south China. We proved that: (1)Organizational learning has a distinct direct positive impact on organizational's knowledge creation;(2)Organizational learning do not have a distinct direct positive impact on new product development perfor- mance;(3)Knowledge creation has a distinct direct positive impact on organizational's new product development performance.
