Study on Search Mechanism Based on Digital Organism Database System

摘要 基于数字有机体数据库系统DODBS的服务器节点、站、区3级网络层次结构,提出2层搜索机制:第1层搜索基于查询结果缓存和区间路由表进行区级上层网络搜索初步定位到目标区,第2层基于知识库、信息库定位到目标站和目标节点。实际应用和性能分析表明,该机制能有效地完成大规模、高效率的搜索服务。 Based on the network hierarchy model of Digital Organism Database System(DODBS), the search mechanism including two layers is put forward. The first layer based on the researched results before and routing tables of sections is designed to locate the candidate sections. And the second layer, which is based on the knowledge databases and information databases, is answered for the researching results. The practical application and the analyses of performance indicate the high scalability and efficiency of the mechanism in large scale research services.
