碘伏用于结膜囊消毒的可行性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察碘伏消毒对兔离体培养眼角膜上皮细胞形态结构的影响,探讨其用于结膜囊消毒的可行性。方法采用动物试验和透射电镜方法,观察消毒处理对动物眼结膜刺激性和角膜上皮细胞形态学变化。结果含有效碘250mg/L的碘伏消毒液对家兔眼角膜上皮细胞无明显损伤;500mg/L的碘伏消毒液作用60min,对角膜上皮细胞有轻度损伤;含有效碘1000mg/L的碘伏消毒液作用10min,可见角膜上皮细胞出现明显损伤。使用有效碘250mg/L碘伏溶液消毒处理160例病人眼手术均无感染病例发生,未见过敏现象,手术均Ⅰ期愈合;极少数病人冲洗时主诉眼内有微痛感,但均无角膜损伤发生。结论用含有效碘250mg/L的碘伏消毒液在保证消毒效果前提下,对动物和人的眼角膜上皮细胞无损伤,可作为眼内消毒的安全有效浓度。 Objective To explore the feasibility of using iedophor for disinfection of conjunctival sac through observing the influence of iodophor disinfection on morphology of cultured rabbit corneal epithelial ceils (RCEC). Methods Animal experiment and transmission electronmicrescopy were used to observe irritation of mucosa of rabbit eye and morphological changes of RCEC after iedophor disinfection. Results Iodophor disinfection solution containing available iodine 250 mg/L did not cause significant injury of RCEC, while iedophor disinfection solution containing available iodine 500 mg/L with a 60 min contact time caused mild injury of RCEC and iedophor disinfection solution containing available iodine 1000 mg/L with a 10 rain contact time caused significant injury of RCEC. In 160 cased of eye operation disinfected with iedophor solution containing available iodine 250 mg/L, no infection and no allergic phenomenon occurred and healing by flint intention was obtained. A few patients complained of mild pain feeling during rinse, but no corneal injury occurred. Conclusions With the prerequisite of ensuring disinfection efficacy, iedophor disinfection solution containing available iodine 250 mg/L does not cause injury of corneal epithelial ceils of animals and man and can he used as safe effective concentration for disinfection of eye.
