摘要
目的了解山西省辖区内医院消毒与灭菌效果情况,以便加强医院感染控制和消毒工作质量。方法采用现场采样和微生物学检验方法,对山西省35所不同规模医院的消毒灭菌质量进行连续5年的动态监测。结果连续5年共采样8669份,总合格率为90.62%。其中Ⅰ类医院合格率为90.05%,Ⅱ类医院合格率为91.58%,Ⅲ类医院合格率为94.28%,Ⅳ类医院合格率为84.19%。不同调查对象中,室内空气卫生合格率为79.99%;物体表面合格率75.65%;医护人员手合格率83.10%;使用中消毒剂合格率92.99%;压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率98.01%。结论本省辖区内不同规模医院消毒与灭菌质量整体水平比较好,但室内空气和物体表面合格率相对较低,需要加强医院室内环境卫生消毒管理。
Objective To know the status of disinfection and sterilization efficacy in hospitals in the area under the jurisdiction of Shanxi Province in order to strengthen the control of nosocomial infection and quality of disinfection work. Methods On - the - spot sampling and microbiological examination method were used to carry out dynamic monitoring of disinfection and sterilization quality for 5 successive years in 35 hospitals of various scales in Shanxi Province. Results A total of 8669 samples were collected in 5 successive years and th total eligible rate was 90.62%.. Among these hospitals, the eligible rates of class - Ⅰ , class - Ⅱ , class -Ⅲ and class - Ⅳ hospitals were 90.05% ,91.58, 94.28 and 84.19% respectively. Among the objects investigated, the eligible rates of indoor air, surfaces of various objcts, hands of medical and nursing staffs, disinfectants in use and autoclaves were 79.99%, 75.65%, 83.10%, 92.99% and 98.01% respectively. Conclusions The quality of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals of different scales in the area under the jurisdiction of this province was good as a whole, but the eligible rates of indoor air and surfaces of various objects were relatively low, it is, therefore, necessary to strengthen the administration of disinfection of indoor environment of the hospitals.
