摘要
职业教育"工学结合"模式是通过学校与企业双向介入,将学校的理论学习、基本训练和企业的实践有机结合起来培养人才。国外主要有德国的"双元制"、美国的"合作教育"、英国的"三明治"、俄罗斯的"教学生产联合体"和日本"产学结合"等模式。我国主要有"订单模式"、"理论实践一体化"、"工学交替教学"和"两段预分配"模式。借鉴国外经验,我国应当完善"双赢型"的法规,培育"双元型"平台和培养"双师型"的师资,改进我国职业教育"工学结合"模式。
The "combining work with study" mode which is carried out through a two-way intervention between schools and enterprises to train talents by organically combining theoretic study, basic training of schools and practice of enterprises together. In foreign countries, there are "dual system" mode in Germany, "cooperative education" mode in America, "sandwiches" mode in England, "teaching-producing combo" mode in Russia and "combining practice and study" mode in Japan and so on. For our country, there are "order" mode, "theory- practice integration" mode, "working and learning alternation" mode and "two stage pre-distribution" mode. In order to use the experiences of foreign countries for reference, we ought to perfect the legislation of "win-win" type, cultivate the platform of "double-element" type, culture the teaching staff of "double-teacher" type and finally improve the vocational education mode of "combining work with study" in our country.
