基于LabVIEW电机超速在线监测系统的研制

摘要 针对电机厂超速在线监测系统的需要,构建了基于LabVIEW8.0的可编程控制器(PLC)控制系统的实时控制和状态监测平台。该平台摒弃了原来的机械式操作,使用OPC并利用5611卡通过传感器采集SiemensS7-300数据到上位机,实现了状态信息采集、存储、显示和回放等功能,完成了在线监测。应用表明,该系统运行可靠,操作简便,提高了系统的安全性,满足了系统实时性高的要求。 In this paper, a new measurement system for electrical machine plant to monitor the over speed of the electromotor on-line is presented. This system is based on LabVIEW8.0 and PLC to construct a real time control system and spurns the customary mechanical operation. The gathered information and data are transmitted to PC by sensor, 5611 card 的 and Siemens S7-300. The whole on-line measurement is completed after the information and data are gathered, memorized, displayed and feed backed on PC. This system has many merits, such as the credible running. The convenient operation. The security of the system is advanced and the requirement of the real-time system is satisfied.
