摘要
研究了铸造γ-TiAl合金组织的尺寸效应。结果表明,柱状晶宽度与铸造γ-TiAl合金板状试样厚度成线性关系,在3、4、5mm厚试样中的柱状晶宽度平均值分别为320、436、543μm;层片间距随铸造γ-TiAl合金板状试样厚度的增加而增加,层片组织的层片间距平均值分别为1353、1494、1540nm。同时,铸造γ-TiAl合金的显微硬度随板状试样厚度的增加而减小。试样尺寸的变化改变了凝固过程中的温度梯度,从而影响了试样的组织和显微硬度。
The effects of specimen size on cast γ-TiAl alloy have been observed.The results indicate that the average columnar crystal size is 320,436,543 μm with γ-TiAl alloy plate of 3,4,5 mm in thickness,respectively,showing a linear functional relationship.The average lamellar spacing is 1 353,1 494,1 540 nm,respectively,increasing with the increase of the thickness of the plate.In addition,the micro-hardness of the alloy is decreased with the increase of thickness of the alloy specimen.The variation of thickness of specimen changing the temperature gradient during solidification process is responsible for the change of microstructure and micro-hardness of the γ-TiAl alloy.
