摘要
针对常规PID控制在胎面挤出联动生产线辅线速度链整定中参数整定问题,设计出一种基于模糊控制原理的自适应PID控制器,通过偏差和偏差变化率的变化来实时调整Kp,Ki, Kd参数。经过实践证明这种模糊自适应PID控制器比常规的PID控制器具备更好的控制特性。
It is unsatisfactory to set the parameter in Speed Chain of Fread Extrusion Auxiliary Line by using the routine PID controller.So we design an adaptive PID controller based on the fuzzy principle.It can change the parameter according to the deviation and rate of change of deviation in real time.We find through the test that the adaptive PID controller has better control characteristics than the routine PID controller.
