摘要
介绍了液压领域里常用锥阀密封结构的接触密封机理,通过研究接触问题的非线性有限元理论,运用大型有限元软件ANSYS对锥阀密封结构进行了静态接触分析.分析结果表明,在1~25MPa范围内的密封压力状态下,锥阀的接触应力在材料的许用应力范围以内.经实验验证,该锥阀结构的密封性能良好,分析所得阀芯应变量与实验实测数据基本一致,说明该有限元分析准确可靠,也为锥阀在接触密封领域中的设计及应用提出了一种新的可靠分析方法.
A common prick valve's contact pressurize mechanism which used in contact pressurize in the field of hydraulic is introduced. Based on researching contact Finite Element Analysis theory, a contact analysis prick valve pressurize through ANSYS is achieved. The result suggests that the maximal contact stress of prick valve is allowed when the pressure range is from 1 MPa to 25 MPa. It is proved that the pressurize performance of prick valve is good and the variables in valve core gained from analysis are same with experiment data in lab. It shows that this analysis is credible. This credible analysis method for prick valve's design and application in contact pressurize is introduce in this paper too.
