摘要
下颌骨缺损可导致严重的外形与功能障碍,影响患者的生存质量。下颌骨缺损的分类对规范临床治疗、指导修复重建具有重要的意义。笔者回顾了国内外各种下颌骨缺损的分类方法,提出了下颌骨缺损的一种新的分类方法,并且初步探讨了新分类方法的临床指导意义。
The malformation and disability caused by mandibular defects always impair quality of life, The classification of mandibular defects contributes to the guideline of clinical management and reconstruction. This paper reviews the current situation in the research of classification of mandibular defects, and put forward a new classification of mandibular defects. Application of this new classification is favorable for the clinical management and reconstruction of mandibular defects. The significance of the new classification is discussed.
