加强项目成本管理是施工企业面对激烈市场竞争的必然选择。从项目成本管理的各环节着手,分析了水利施工企业成本管理中应注意的问题,并提出了加强成本管理的建议和对策。
Strengthening the project cost is the inevitable choice for construction enterprise to attend serious market competition. In this paper, the problems that hydraulic construction enterprise need put importance to analyzed, suggestions and measures to strengthen the cost management are put forward, from every link of project cost management.
