摘要
韶钢炼轧厂Consteel电炉改造成电转炉后,开新炉的工艺发生了变化,在原有砌炉工艺不变的情况下,为适应电转炉的冶炼工艺,通过控制铁水加入量、造渣、吹氧等手段以保证烘炉效果,实现了不送电开新炉,取得了良好的技术效果和明显的经济效益。
After the EAF transformed to EAF-converter in steelmaking & rolling plant of Shaoguan iron & steel group Co. , Ltd. , the process to run the new furnace was changed. In order to suit for the new melting technology, based on the non-changing original building furnace technology, the technology of runing new furnace without power transmission was realized by some measures such as controlling the addition of hot iron, building of slag and oxygen blowing. The good technical effect and obvious economic returns were realized.
