摘要
火电厂烟气脱硫系统的应用对锅炉运行影响很大。锅炉引风机与脱硫系统中增压风机构成了烟道上的2个串联对象,使炉膛负压与增压风机入口压力相互耦合,造成目前配用湿法脱硫系统的机组运行中出现炉膛负压大范围波动和脱硫系统因故退出。研究了燃烧过程中炉膛负压特性和轴流风机运行特点,分析了产生问题的根源,比较了600MW机组湿法烟气脱硫系统中增压风机自动的2种控制策略,提出了优化增压风机控制策略的几点措施,并将部分设想进行了验证,得到了明显效果。
The application of FGD system in thermal power plants has great effect on the operation of boiler. The ID fan of boiler and booster fan of FGD system make two objects in series in gas duct, causing the coupling between furnace pressure and inlet pressure of booster fan, This mainly contributes to the excessive furnace pressure fluctuation of the existing power units equipped with wet FGD system, and the outage of FGD, The furnace pressure features and operation characteristics of axial-flow fan were studied, based on this, the main causes were analyzed. Two control strategies for the booster fan of wet FGD system for 600 MW power units were compared and several measures were proposed to optimize the control of booster fan. The verification results showed a significant effect.
