摘要 为了提高环件双向轧制过程中运动学方程的精度和计算效率,根据轧制曲线建立了矩形截面环件径/轴双向轧制过程中径向与轴向进给量之间的关系。应用体积不可压缩原理,建立了径/轴双向轧制过程的运动学方程,并进行了相应的轧制实验以验证所建立方程的准确性。实验数据与计算结果十分吻合,表明所建立的运动学方程能够客观地描述径/轴双向轧制过程中的环件运动规律。 The relationship of radial and axial feed distribution for the radial/axial rolling process of ring with rectangle cross-section was established according to the rolling curve. By employing the principle of volume incompressible, the kinematics equations for the radial/axial ring rolling process were developed to improve the precision and efficiency of the existing formula. To verify the proposed kinematics equations, the ring rolling experiments were carried outcorrespondingly. The calculation results agreed very well with the experimental data, which indicates that the developed equations can accurately describe the kinematics of radial-axial ring rolling.
