摘要
根据Johson-Mell珠光体转变动力学理论,采用待定系数法,求得了能够描述球墨铸铁中珠光体转变过程的动力学数学模型,并对连续冷却条件下珠光体的连续转变作了分析。通过球墨铸铁的连续冷却试验,证明了该数学模型的合理性和可行性,可作为珠光体球墨铸铁生产工艺制定和质量、性能预测的参考。
The pearlite transformation during the course of continuous cooling has been analyzed through the dynamic model of the pearlite transformation, which was deduced from the Johson-Mell theory by the method of undetermined coefficients. The result of the continuous cooling experiment showed that the dynamic model of pearlite transformation is rational and feasible, which could be used as reference for design of casting process and quality prediction in the production of pearlite ductile iron.
