摘要
为克服油田污水含油在线监测仪表的自身缺点,并实现污水加药处理流程的自动化,提出了基于PLC和组态软件的污水含油分布式在线监控系统的实现方案;该系统根据实时多点监测数据控制变频加药泵转速进而自动改变加药量,并将不完全微分改进PID控制算法应用到变频加药控制过程中,有效克服了含油不均对控制效果的影响,实现了污水含油"多点测量、数据集中监控"的功能;现场运行结果表明,监测数据准确,处理效果良好,系统运行可靠,具有一定的实用价值。
In order to overcome the shortage of the actual online meters in oil field, and to realize the aulomalion of the punishing flow of the sewage by material, based on PLC and configuration software, the distributed system of on line monitoring oil content in sewage is presented . This system controls the quantity of malerial added automatically according to the measuring result, and the modified PID algo- rithm based on un--complete differential is introduced into the controlling course to resolve the chaos effect of uneven oil content in sewage, meeting with the needs of “distribuled monitoring and centralized controlling”. And its validity and reliability has been proved in the practice.
