摘要 电网规划在电网发展中具有引领作用,规划实现的节约是最大的节约。在电网规划设计环节中树立大标准化理念,形成与之相应的规划设计标准、规程和评价方法,建立覆盖规划、设计、建设及运行管理全过程的大标准化体系,将会带来巨大的经济和社会效益。本文主要梳理了我国电网在规划设计领域存在的问题,通过国外电网标准化的经验借鉴与案例比较研究,提出了我国电网规划设计阶段1 000/500/220 kV变电站、线路标准化的设想,并分析了相关的重要技术问题。 Power grid planning plays an important role in guiding the development of power systems, the biggest saving is created by planning. It is necessary to introduce the philosophy of standardization into power grid construction to form related and planning design standard, regulations and evaluation means and establish a general standard system including power grid planning, design, construction, operation and management, etc., which is expected to bring more economic and social benefits. While referring to the mature international practice in standardization of grids and studying on related cases, we review problems existing in China's power grid planning and make a preliminary study on the series of standards selected for the 1000/500/220 kV substations and lines in the design period of the grid development planning in China. We also make a brief analysis on other major technological issues awaiting immediate solutions.
