摘要
基于企业工作实务,介绍了农电体制改革中地方电力资产的处置方法,研究了农电体制改革中最关键的资产处置问题,提出了解决方案。研究过程从农电企业的资产来源入手,分析不同来源、属性资产进入农电体制改革的处置方式和应注意的问题。在实践中要科学合理界定农电资产范围,根据实际情况,选择合理资产处置方式,推动农电体制改革工作顺利进行。
According to the national policy and the practice of corporate management, this paper introduces the handling methods of local assets in the rural power reform, studies the key problems of assets disposal in the rural power reform and proposes the related solutions. Starting the research process by tracing the asset sources of the rural power enterprises, this study deals with the ways of handling as well as problems to be paid attention to regarding the assets from different sources and ownerships which are involved in the rural power reform. It is proposed that the scope of rural power assets should be defined properly and that reasonable ways of assets disposal should be taken according to actual circumstances so as to push forward the rural power reform smoothly.
