摘要
以香椿种子为研究材料,设置了22个铝处理浓度(分别为0、10、20、30、40、50、60、70、80、90、100、110、120、130、140、150、300、450、600、750、900、1 050 mg/L)对香椿种子进行浸种处理。结果表明,低浓度的铝处理对香椿种子的发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势、活力指数等有一定的促进作用,而在高浓度处理下,香椿种子的萌发受到显著抑制,浓度越高,抑制作用越明显,当铝浓度达到1 050 mg/L时,种子萌发后长出的芽易霉变死亡。本试验为进一步研究铝对香椿生长的生理生化影响提供一定的理论依据,也为香椿在酸性土壤上的栽培及对铝毒的预防提供了基础研究。
The study dealt with effect of Aluminum (A1) on germination of Chinese Toon (Toona sinensis) with different A1 supplementation (0,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,110,120,130,140,150,300, 450,600,750,900,1 050 mg/L). The results showed that low A1 promoted the germination rate,germination power, germination index, vigor index and fresh weight, but high A1 restrained significantly the germination of Chinese Toon seeds,the higher of the concentration, the more significant of inhabitation, and the treatment of 1050 mg/L led the bud to go moldy and dead easily. Our experiment offered not only the basis for the further study of physiological and biochemical influences of the aluminum on Chinese Toon but also fundamental research for cultivation on acidic soils and prevention of aluminum toxicity of Chinese Toon.
