摘要
[目的]为镇区和镇域的规划提供决策支持。[方法]以鹿乡镇为例,利用DWG地形图提取高程点信息并建立DEM,制作SPOT-5高分辨率和多光谱融合影像作为地表纹理,生成三维影像,然后进行水库淹没分析和三维飞行模拟。[结果]利用VR GIS技术和水库淹没计算模型,通过人机交互计算生成淹没区域,对鹿乡镇基础设施和用地布局进行规划。通过三维飞行模拟了解到鹿乡镇地形、地貌、植被覆盖等要素的全貌及细节的空中动态观测、分析和研究,结合鹿乡镇域特点综合考虑,鹿乡镇可以定位为以天然生态和鹿文化为主的长春市近郊特色农业镇。[结论]利用虚拟现实技术,基于DEM和SOPT5影像数据,制作逼真的三维可视化洪水淹没景观,为村镇的更新、发展和规划提供决策支持。
[ Objective] The aim of the research was to provide decision supports for the planning of township and town region. [ Method] Taking Luxiang town as a case,DWG topographic map was used to draw elevation information and set up DEM. The fusion image of SPOT-5 with high resolution and multipie-spectrum were prepared as terrain texture to generate three-dimensional image and make reservoir submerging analysis and three-dimensional flying simulation. [ Restdt ] The submerged regions were made through humanmachine interaction calculation by using VR GIS technology and reservoir submerging calculation model to make planning of the infrastructure and land layout in Luxiang town. Considering synthetically with combination of the characteristics of Luxiang town region,through aerial dynamic observation,analysis and research on the panorama and details of essentials such as landform,physiognomy and vegetation coverage in Luxiang town by three dimensional flying simulation, Luxiang town could be located as characteristic agrictdtural town with the majority of natural zoology and deer ctdture in the suburb of Changchun city. [ Conclusion] Based on image data of DEM and SOPT5, virtual reality technology was used to make into lifelike three-dimensioual visualized flood submerging landscape,which provided decision support for the update,development and planning of villages and towns.
