摘要
建立了节水型社会定量评价指标体系,为推进节水型社会建设效果的量化评价理论研究和具体实施奠定了基础。并结合运用层次分析法(AHP)、模糊综合评判法和综合评分法,建立了基于模糊数学的"模糊综合目标分层次评价模型",且应用于济源市节水型社会建设效果的评价,计算得出2010年济源市初步建成节水型社会,2020年将全面建成节水型社会。评价方法简单、思路清晰、易于操作,为其他区域节水型社会建设效果的评价提供了理论方法和应用实例。
A quantitative evaluation index system of water-saving society was established in the paper,which laid the foundation for theoretical study and practical implementation of a water-saving society-building. Based on fuzzy math, combined methods of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and synthesis score were used to establish a medel-fuzzy integrated object-level evaluation model. For Jiyuan City as an example, the effect of a water-saving society-building in Jiyuan City was evaluated.And the result was that,in Jiyuan City it would basically be a water-saving society in 2010, and it would completely fulfill water-saving society in 2020 .The result wanifested that the method was related simple and feasible and provided theory method and example to the other regions for effect evaluation of water-saving society construction.
