β_1整合素在糖尿病大鼠肾脏的表达及阿托伐他汀的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察糖尿病大鼠肾脏氧化应激水平和β1整合素的表达及阿托伐他汀的影响。方法:制备糖尿病大鼠模型,随机将动物分为糖尿病组和治疗组,另设对照组,治疗组给予阿托伐他汀20mg/(kg·d)。8周后,检测各组尿白蛋白量、肌酐清除率、血糖、血脂、肾质量/体质量;免疫组化法检测肾小球β1整合素的表达;比色法检测肾脏丙二醛、总抗氧化能力水平;光镜下观察肾组织病理改变。结果:糖尿病组β1整合素比对照组明显增强,氧化应激水平明显异常;治疗组较糖尿病组β1整合素表达明显降低,氧化应激水平显著改善,尿白蛋白量及肾组织病理变化亦改善,血脂、血糖无显著变化。结论:阿托伐他汀可以减少糖尿病大鼠尿白蛋白量,改善肾脏病理变化,可能部分地通过抗氧化应激、下调肾脏β1整合素的表达实现。
