肾小球滤过率、血清肌酐及24h尿蛋白定量与狼疮肾炎病程相关性研究 被引量：13

摘要 目的:探讨亚锡喷替酸(99mTc-DTPA)肾小球滤过率、血清肌酐(Scr)及24h尿蛋白定量(24hpro)测定在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)肾病不同病程时期的动态变化。方法:选取我院524例SLE患者以及正常人群对照组60例,分别测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)、Scr及24hpro。结果:病程<5年的SLE患者GFR值及24hpro含量均出现异常;而Scr未出现明显下降,病程5～10年和>10年组与正常组相比较Scr、24hpro及双肾GFR值均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:GFR随着狼疮肾炎病程的进展呈持续下降趋势;24hpro在病变早期即出现异常且在整个病程中持续增高;Scr在狼疮肾炎早期未见明显异常,随着病程的进展呈进行性损伤。
