摘要
英语新闻报道是英语专业四级听力测试中的难点。要突破这一难点,我们可以从分析英语新闻报道的结构特点入手,特别是探求新闻导语中所传达信息的规律,进行英语新闻报道听力技巧的种种训练,促进听力教学,提高四级听力理解能力。
English Radio News is the most important in listening section in MET—— 4. It is greatly helpful to understand the characteristics of English Radio News in structure. Particularly, the news lead can convey the most important information to the listeners. But most importantly, the listeners should give more practice with many different listening skills, e.g. judging certain meaning by the announcers＇ tune and tone; understanding the differences between listening to English Radio News and tape cassettes; ete.
