摘要
本文总结了精馏过程主要的节能技术,按照流程是否改变及是否利用过程技术对各类技术的进行分类,即过程技术节能,特殊精馏工艺和精馏塔高效材料等类型,对各个类型的主要节能方法、优缺点和适用范围进行了综述,并介绍了我国精馏过程的节能现状与趋势。
According to that whether process technologies are used and the flowsheet are changed or not, the main energy - saving technologies of distillation process are summarized and classified into three types, that is energy - saving by process technology, special distillation processes and high - efficient tray or pack column. The ordinary methods, advantages and disadvantages, and suitable area are rivewed for every types. At last the status and development trend are introduced.
