摘要
目的研究复方藤梨根制剂对荷人肺巨细胞癌(PG)裸鼠移植瘤的抗癌效应,并初步探讨其对瘤体细胞E-钙黏附素(E-cad)表达水平的影响。方法建立PG裸鼠移植瘤模型;复方藤梨根制剂灌胃21d,称瘤重;采用免疫组化ABC法检测E-cad的表达。结果复方藤梨根制剂三个剂量组与对照组对比,均能明显抑制肿瘤生长,并提高E-cad表达。结论复方藤梨根制剂对PG裸鼠移植瘤具有的抑瘤效果,明显上调PG细胞E-cad的表达。
OBJECTIVE To study the anticancer effect of Chinese Compound Recipe FuFangTengLiGen （FFTLG） anginst Transplantation Tumor of PG Cell and preliminarily explore the connection with E-cad. METHODS Model rats of transplantation tumor of human large cell cancer PG were established. The low, medium and high dose groups of FFTLG, the blank control group were set up. After 21 days adminstration of FFTLG through gastrogavage, the antitumor effect of each group was compared. The gene express of Ecad in each group were quantitatively detected and compared by the application of immunohistochemistry technique. RESULTS The FFTLG could significantly inhibit the growth of transplantation tumor, FFTLG can obviously up-regulate the express of E-cad, which in the low/medium and high dose groups was separately higher than that in the blank group. CONCLUSION FFTLG has definite antitumor effect against human large cell cancer and can obviously up-regu] ata the express of E-cad.
