冠心病中医辨证与血清E-选择素、细胞间粘附分子-1的关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者血清可溶性E选择素(sE-Selectin)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平变化的意义及与中医症候的关系。方法:对100例冠心病患者中医辨证分为心血瘀阻证组、痰浊内阻证组、非血瘀痰浊证组;22名健康人作为对照组,用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清sE-Selectin、sICAM-1水平,并作出相关性分析。结果:冠心病组sE-Selectin、sICAM-1水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。冠心病中医各证组sE-Selectin水平痰浊内阻证组>心血瘀阻证组>非血瘀、痰浊证组:sICAM-1水平心血瘀阻证组>痰浊内阻证组>非血瘀、痰浊证组。sE-Selectin与sICAM-1呈正相关。结论:sE-Selectin、sICAM-1水平检测可作为冠心病病情发展的监测指标;sE-Selectin、sICAM-1水平与冠心病中医症候有关联,可作为冠心病中医症候微观辨证的参考指标。
