摘要
构建学生成绩评价系统是使法律诊所式教学发挥其应有功效的关键。学生成绩评价系统的构建应以准确认识评价原则为前提,量化分数结构为核心,以检验和促进教与学两方面为目标。
Construction student achievement appraisement system is the key to the effect of clinical legal education. Construction student achievement appraisement system should presuppose the correct understanding appraisement principle, force at the quantization of achievement structure, make goal at the test and promotion both of teaching and study.
