摘要
以樟树(Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl)基因组DNA为材料,应用RAPD分子标记手段分析了樟树3种化学类型及3个近缘种的亲缘关系和遗传多样性。结果表明:所选材料在GS=0.19处可划分为4大类群,其中樟树与近缘种之间差异较大,近缘种种内的遗传差异不大,而几种化学类型间有明显的遗传变异,但差异程度明显小于近缘种之间的遗传差异。樟树几种化学类型及近缘种间遗传多样性明显,樟树的遗传变异丰富。
In this paper, the blood relationship and genetic diversity of three bio-chemical types of the camphor tree and its three related species were analyzed by the RAPD molecular markers. The results showed that there were large inherited differences among the several Chemical types of the camphor tree and the related species. According to the cluster dendrogram which were constructed basing on genetic distance resulted from NDA markers data, the cluster results showed that these 35 accessions were classified as four major groups. There are a little heredity difference in the related species of camphor tree. The heredity difference of three several Chemical types is obvious, but is not rather than inter-species of camphor tree. There are more difference in Camphor tree and its related-species. So, we can draw a conclusion that the hereditary vary of Camphor tree is rich.
