新型透析式洗涤机洗涤冰冻红细胞输注效果的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察BX—A透析式洗涤机洗涤的冰冻红细胞对患者输注后效果。方法选择60例患者等分为实验组和对照组,实验组输注BX—A洗涤机洗涤冰冻解冻红细胞1~3u,并对洗涤后的红细胞进行质量控制;对照组输注2W内4~6℃贮存的普通红细胞1~3u,然后对两组患者输注前后血常规、尿常规,肝肾功能进行检测以及输注前后输血相关副反应进行观测。结果两组患者输血后24,72h RBC计数,MCV,HGB,MCHC,PLT含量与输血前比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05),WBC计数与输血前比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05);输血后72hALT,TB,CR,K^+,BUN与输血前比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。以上指标两组间比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05);输血前后无尿常规改变及输血相关副反应。结论BX-A透析式洗涤机洗涤的冰冻红细胞对患者输注安全有效,无输血相关副反应,因而大大缩短了临床上救治稀有血型患者输注冰冻红细胞的等待时间。 Objective To investigate the transfusion effects of washed frozen red blood cells using BX-A type washing machine based on dialysis. Methods Sixty patients were equally divided into experiment group and control group. Patients in experiment group were transfused washed red blood cells using washing machine based on dialysis from one to three units. Meanwhile the quality control on washed red blood cells were made,patlents in control group were transfused normal red blood cells storage before two weeks from one to three units. Then observa the changes of blood cell count ,routine urinalysis ,renal and liver function and transfusion-associated adverse reactions in two groups before and after transfusion. Results The counts of red blood cell ,MCV and contents of HGB,MCHC and PLT in 24h, 72h after transfusion in two groups have no difference with that of pre-transfusion(P〉0. 05) ,but counts of WBC have significantly difference(P〈0.05). The contents of ALT,TB,CR,K^+ and BUN in 72h after transfusion have no difference with that of pre-transfusion (P〉0. 05). Over above indicate was no difference between experiment group and control group(P〉0.05). After transfusion no abnormity change in routine urinalysis and no transfusion-associated adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion Washed frozen red blood cells were safely and efficacy,no transfusion-assoclated adverse reactions using BX-A washing machine based on dialysis. So it can shorted the waiting time of rare blood type patients needing blood transfusion and can be cured effectly.
